The XAB Community Resource Center is a nonprofit organization founded in honor of Captain Xaviera Alexandra Black, the beloved daughter of Bishop Randell and Overseer Sonia Black. Captain Black was a woman of vision, compassion, and purpose. Her life was dedicated to serving others and uplifting her community.
